Clients come to me for counselling for a variety of reasons such as: sleep issues, depression, negative thoughts, financial problems and many more. I have been on antidepressants for 10 years. Every year the mg was increasing and my symptoms were getting worse. When I tried to stop I experienced the most horrendous side effects. My GP wanted to change the meds to something stronger. I resorted back to a higher dosage until thankfully my friend recommended you. Vanessa it was grate you had the experience and knowledge to help me come off the medication. I was addicted to my antidepressants and you helped me step, by step and most appreciated you connecting my mind and body to agree to release the attachments and balance the many chemical imbalances it caused. Working with you and my GP I was able to month by month reduce the medication as we worked on the underlying issues of the initial reasons why I went on the meds in the first instance and the many reasons that came to surface surprised and shocked me. Many I thought I buried away and didn’t effect me and some I couldn’t even remember. I am now six months without the meds, without any symptoms and feel great. I can smell the roses when I wake up and enjoy my garden and my life again and those low moods have completely gone. It wasn’t easy to face some of things that came up in the session and at times it was intense and I wanted to give up and you were there for me.
