The coronavirus pandemic is a difficult time for everyone. The longer we are isolated the challenges start to arise.
There is an array of potential physical, emotional, social and financial implications.
It is extremely important to focus on your psychological, emotional and spiritual health – this is where I can help you.
I will support you to use this time positively and productively. I will help you to use this as an opportunity to strengthen your resilience and mental wellbeing.
I also offer support for household members, enabling you to reinforce family bonds (rather than get on each other’s nerves, which can easily happen).
I offer standard one-hour individual consultations, short 30 minute consultations (I recommend 2-3 of these per week during this time) and 90 minute group sessions for household members.
Standard 60minute £100 (£60 for NHS staff)
Short 30minute £45 (£30 for NHS staff)
Group 90 minute for household members £150 (£85 for NHS staff)

10 Minutes Coaching for £10
Due to the success of the 10 Minute Coaching, this service is now offered to anyone who may be experiencing challenges in your personal or professional life.
In 10 minutes you will:
- gain focus
- find a solution to a problem
- have someone to talk to without being judged, in confidence
Sessions can be arranged within 24 hours, and in some instances on the same day.

Once A Month Coffee Morning
10:30 – 11:45 am
Having reviewed events in the past, this is a new monthly, informal coffee morning for people wishing to meet a like-minded support group to learn, develop and enhance their health and wellness.
The group is open to people looking for additional support in their personal and professional lives that may be struggling, waiting on the NHS, or unable to afford private therapy. It is independent and allows you to have a say, share your experiences without pressure, and learn new ways of managing difficulties and challenges in your life with self-help tools you can incorporate anytime or any place.
Monthly topics may include:
- Anger management
- Confidence building
- Stress management
- Pain management
- Law of attraction
- Guided visualisation
- Group Counselling
- Life coaching skills
- Sound & music
The group will meet at my home practice, and in the summer we will have use of the garden.
The cost for each meeting is £6 per person.
Tea & coffee included.

Monday Morning Guided Meditation for Health and Abundance
This is a mixed group focusing on your health, wellness and abundance. We will incorporate breathing and relaxation exercises, guided visualisation and meditation with positive affirmations. Some NLP and coaching may be used.
4 Week Programme held regularly on Monday’s at Wembley Park
from 9.30am – 10.45am– booking in advance required.
