I saw Vanessa because I was experiencing panic attacks, extreme anxieties and constantly worried about what people thought of me. My confidence and self esteem was at my lowest point where I found even going out to lunch with one colleague was really difficult, let alone two or more was just frightening.
During the hypnotherapy I thought I was making up what I was saying and questioning what I was visualising. After the initial session the next day, I was able to have lunch with one colleague with ease, without anxieties and panic flaring up. This was such a breakthrough as I had isolated myself from individuals at work and made excuses all the time why I couldn’t join them. I’m definitely not boring as I used think I was, and especially not having a panic attack or worried about what others think. I continue to see Vanessa now to work on other areas of my life, with my finances, and next I will work towards meeting a ‘special girl’ in my life. After each session I always feel calm, relaxed and ernergised. Thank you
