What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is used to treat a wide range of life problems and issues, such as stress, depression, low self-esteem, fears and phobias. If you have the desire to change habits and behaviours, then you really can live the life you want using hypnotherapy.
Guided by me, hypnosis eases your body and mind into a state of complete relaxation where treatment can begin. This state of relaxation is something we already enter into when falling asleep or just waking up. We just need a helping hand to achieve it when we’re fully awake.
This relaxed state allows the subconscious mind to become receptive to change. It enables you to communicate directly with the subconscious mind to alter the process of memory, perception, emotions and behaviour that you’ve become conditioned to. Hypnotic suggestions allow you to regulate the activities in certain regions of the brain to help you manage the conscious and unconscious conflicts preventing you from achieving the changes you want to see.
Hypnotherapy allows you to achieve your best by stimulating your desires, banishing your fears and increasing your confidence and motivation.
Contrary to common belief, you are always in full and complete control whilst under hypnosis. This means you need to be motivated for change if you want it to be effective. You have to put the work in yourself if you want it to succeed. As you are consciously aware of what is happening and able to talk freely, you take full control of the process.
