This week’s Motto of the Week is to increase your brain power. Superbrain Yoga is a very powerful exercise that anyone of any age can use to practice and see the changes and improvements that can be made to you and the whole family in just 14 days.

It’s a simple exercise whereby you cross your arms, push your tongue against the roof of your mouth, hold your earlobes, and squat for a count of 14 whilst breathing in and out. For detailed information and the benefits you can gain, check out these links:

It takes less than 5 minutes, and you will be amazed by how quickly you can benefit from the exercise.

I started this at the beginning of the last school term with my children. During the second month, the teachers commented on how my son’s writing and understanding had become better, and one teacher mentioned his behaviour had improved. He was focusing more in class and they asked what we were doing differently.  This term the school has moved him to the top set and I believe it was the Superbrain Yoga exercises that helped make this change. Fingers crossed he keeps up the good work as we continue the exercises every morning.

After the family squat we give each other individual hugs and a group family hug to start our day. It’s a GREAT feeling – we are energised and happier.

If you want more information on this exercise, do let me know.  I would also love to hear your experience and any benefits you have using the Superbrain Yoga workout.
